Pastor Scott T. Sanders is the pastor and founder of Rhema International Ministries, Inc., a thriving ministry he established in 2003. Called by God as a vessel for this generation, Pastor Sanders is devoted to equipping the body of Christ, expanding the Kingdom, and training believers to walk in their God-given purpose.

He has been married to Co-Pastor Cynthia R. Sanders since 1991, and together they are blessed with three children: Scott II, Justin, and Cymone.

Under Pastor Sanders’ leadership, Rhema International Ministries has experienced remarkable growth and milestones, reflecting God’s favor and provision. The church purchased its first 9.5 acres in 2005 and completed its first sanctuary in 2009. In 2010, an additional 12 acres were added to the campus, and by 2012, all land and building debts were paid in full. In 2015, a $1 million sanctuary extension and executive wing were completed, followed by the cancellation of the church’s second mortgage in 2017. Most recently, in August 2024, Rhema International completed a $2.5 million, 14,000-square-foot Multipurpose Center, fully debt-free, without the aid of any financial institutions, saving the church $2 million in potential bank interest.

Pastor Sanders is a dynamic preacher, teacher, and prophetic voice whose messages proclaim the transformative power of the Gospel. He is the founder and president of Manifest Bible College and the author of Holy Spirit Training and Hearing the Voice of God, Securing Your Destiny, equipping believers to hear God and walk in their divine purpose. Through his preaching, teaching, and leadership, Pastor Sanders is dedicated to guiding individuals to Christ, helping them discover their God-given calling, and inspiring them to impact the world for the Kingdom.
